We know you may have a couple questions, so we have compiled this list of general questions to help make your shopping experience as easy as possible with us!
- Is Your Packaging Discreet?
Yes our products come inside a brown box, with the items generally placed inside a black bag inside the box. The company name on the shipping label is also our numbered company.
- What are the shipping options?
We currently ship across Canada.
- Is everything in stock? Other companies have told me it is a 1 month wait for my products!
We pride ourselves on only listing products that are IN STOCK on our website. We keep an accurate inventory of all items that are listed on our website, and if you see it, then it is available for purchase and is in our warehouse. The only time that this would be different, is if you are looking at a product that specifically says "Pre-Order" on it (meaning we have a confirmed shipment coming in but your order will not ship until we receive it).
- I ordered a product that was a Pre-Order. When will I receive it?
On the Pre-Order Products' page, we do our best to list what date or time-frame the product will be ready to be shipped. This is not a guaranteed date and delays may occur, so we can not promise a specific shipping date. Please note, that if you have Pre-Ordered products along with regular products in your shopping cart, your order will not be shipped (or delivered) until your Pre-Ordered products are in stock. If you are looking to get your regular products sooner, you will need to do two separate orders.
- Do you offer discount pricing for larger orders?
Yes we do. Some of this pricing is available on our website while you are shopping, but for additional information please feel free to contact us directly.
- Where is your warehouse located?
Our warehouse and office are located in Windsor, Ontario Canada.
- When will I receive my order?
We do our best to ship out orders on the same day we receive them, but if we are back-logged with orders then it will ship within the next 2 business days. Most orders in Canada have a 3-7 day delivery window through Canada Post.
- What do I do if I never received my order?
For shipped orders, check the tracking number in the email we provided when it left the warehouse. For local delivery orders, double check your front porch or landing area.
Wild Butterfly Boutique is not liable for any loss/damage to products in transit or delayed shipments as per our terms and conditions for shipping. If you have a parcel issue, please notify Canada Post or Fedex.
- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Contact us directly to make changes.
- How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
Email or call us. Our contact information is located on the bottom of the website or by clicking the "Contact Us" page.
- What is your return policy?
We are currently not accepting returns to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- I am having trouble using your website or adding things to my cart
If you are having issues with any functionality on our website, please ensure you are not using Internet Explorer (Shopify does not support this browser unfortunately). You will want to use one of the supported browsers on your PC which should resolve the functionality related issues you're experiencing:

- What can I expect in terms of quality from your bath and body line?

- How will I know what toys are waterproof, battery operated or rechargeable?
In the products description online and found in the catalog you will see symbols on each item depicting what the product is. There it shows whether it is waterproof as well!

Please always ensure to fully charge and clean your purchase upon received.

If unsure, ask your representative, for most toys to turn on or off simply hold down the button for 4 seconds.
